The large white flowers, tesselated in darker raspberry, are borne one or two to a stem above compact plants with leathery, beautifully patterned, foliage. The dark 'raspberry jam' staminode is its most striking feature. The dorsals often have a slight greenish cast. These plants tend to bloom in the summer months.
