Phrag. Mem John Fortuno, is another relatively new multi-flowered besseae hybrid that produces charming peach-red flowers on tall spikes. Hybrids such as these are easier to grow than the besseae parent and flowers have a larger natural spread. Three flowers per spike can be produced sequentially on a first-bloom seedling. Plants are medium size and can be grown under lights or on a sunny windowsill.
