The Japan Grand Prix International Orchid Festival
(JGP) is probably the most spectacular, if not the
largest, orchid show in the world, attracting orchid enthusiasts from all corners of the
globe. As a judge at this year's show, I had access to the
show during set-up and also the opportunity to photograph flowers and
displays unhindered by the crowds. What follows are some highlights of
the show. I have many more photographs which are included in my slide
