Warning: Paph sanderianum is tricky and slow to grow up from flask and should only be purchased by experienced paph growers! If you are newer to paphs, please purchase a larger established seedling first!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing an order implies that you have read and agree with the following terms and conditions.

Seedlings will be deflasked prior to shipping. We will only ship FedEx overnight or second day at your cost. We will guarantee safe arrival of overnight shipments. We will not be responsible for any damage to plants shipped second day. Though damage is unlikely, we believe faster transit will result in less stress to plants.  We will only ship during favorable weather conditions. All shipments must be signed for.  Shipping costs will be estimated once you place your order.

You must notify us that you have received your plants within 24 hours of delivery. Replacements will only be made if damaged plants are first returned to us at your cost. Once plants have safely arrived, we will not be responsible for their continued growth or health-that's up to you and your green thumb! However, we will try to help as much as we can so please email us with any questions. 

We strive to ensure accuracy in labeling, but mistakes do happen. In the event that a flask is incorrectly labeled, we will do our best to solve the problem. In all cases however, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant.

Hybridizing by nature, is fraught with uncertainty. We therefore give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productivity of any of the seedlings, nor the quality of the blooms. Descriptions provided are merely for guidance and reflect our personal opinion.

PayPal, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Please email us if you wish to use a credit card. Checks may be held for clearance before your flask is mailed.
